Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate, technical, or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience supporting Integrated Management Systems, quality systems, or ISO certification programs.
• Working knowledge of ISO standards, including quality, environmental, health & safety, and energy management systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 management systems.
• Promote a strong safety culture through visible leadership and employee engagement.
• Coordinate and oversee internal audit programs and support external certification audits.
• Participate in management review processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of IMS programs, policies, and procedures and recommend enhancements.
• Partner with departments across the site to ensure certification requirements are met.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of standard operating procedures and related documentation.
• Conduct audits to assess compliance with regulatory, company, and certification requirements.
• Support corrective and preventive action programs to address identified gaps and opportunities.
• Develop and deliver training materials that increase awareness and understanding of IMS standards across the workforce.
• Collaborate daily with employees, contractors, vendors, and site leadership to advance IMS goals.
