Paylocity seeks a Managed Implementation Consultant for a 100% in-office role based at our Rochester, NY location. You will support client implementations with a focus on data migration, validation, and test payroll execution, collaborating across Sales, Data Conversion, Implementation, and Managed Services.

Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in customer-facing roles, and 2+ years in HCM/benefits/payroll. CPP is a plus; Paylocity tools and Excel proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in a Customer Service or Customer interfacing role.
• 2+ years in HCM consultation or benefits/payroll/HR.
• Prior Paylocity system knowledge is required.
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification is a plus.
• Proficiency with Paylocity tools and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Strong organizational and time management skills and excellent customer service.

Responsabilités

• Assist with client implementations focusing on data migration, validation, and test payroll execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, and Managed Services to ensure successful outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for additional Managed Implementation Services based on client needs.
• Drive projects to completion and meet go-live dates.
• Onboard client data during the implementation process.
