Job summary

Paylocity’s Rochester, NY-based in-office role supports client implementations with emphasis on data migration, validation, and test payroll execution. You will collaborate across Sales, Data Conversion, Implementation, and Managed Services to ensure successful outcomes and timely go-lives.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3+ years in customer-facing roles, and 2+ years in HCM payroll/benefits. CPP is a plus; strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in a Customer Service or customer interfacing role.
• 2+ years in HCM consultation or benefits/payroll/HR.
• Prior Paylocity system knowledge.
• CPP certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in Paylocity tools and Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Strong organizational, time management skills and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client implementations focusing on data migration, validation, and test payroll.
• Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, and Managed Services for project outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for additional MIS based on client needs.
• Drive projects to completion and meet go-live dates.
• Onboard client data during the implementation process.
