Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a detail-oriented Operations professional for an in-office role in Rochester, NY. You will support client implementations with data migration, validation and test payroll, coordinating with Sales, Data Conversion, Implementation and Managed Services to ensure successful outcomes.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 1+ years of payroll experience, and strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data manipulation).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of Payroll experience required.
• Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
• CPP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support client implementations with data migration, validation and test payroll.
• Collaborate with Sales, Data Conversion, Implementation and Managed Services.
• Onboard client data and drive projects to go-live dates.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and proactively address challenges.
