Qualifications

EPA Certification for HVAC techs is mandatory.
Must be located in the United States.
Onboarding interview and ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills in English.
Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance and repairs in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and related systems.
Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues.
Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance.
Fabricate or repair equipment as needed.
Coordinate and supervise external contractors for specialized repairs or projects.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving maintenance-related issues.
