Synergy Preserve LLC is seeking an HVAC Technician to join our Texas-based field team. The role involves maintenance, repairs, and installations across residential and commercial properties, with an emphasis on reliable service and customer satisfaction.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of HVAC experience, own basic tools and a vehicle, and hold EPA certification. The position offers competitive hourly pay and flexible scheduling with local assignments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in HVAC or appliance repair work.
• Own tools and reliable vehicle (truck, van, or SUV).
• EPA Certification for HVAC techs (mandatory under new refrigerant regulations).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work independently.
• Must be located in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to identify issues and potential problems.
• Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks by urgency.
• Fabricate or repair equipment as needed.
• Supervise and coordinate external contractors for specialized repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
