Job summary

Trane Technologies in Aurora, CO is seeking a field service technician to install, diagnose, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems at commercial sites. You will coordinate with project teams, follow blueprints, and ensure quality workmanship while delivering outstanding customer service.

This role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work overtime or on-call as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 0–2 years HVAC experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable using handheld devices.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record (12+ months).
• EPA Certification preferred (HVAC Journeyman, Boiler Operator, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with project team and customer to understand on-site installation and repairs.
• Represents the company as the direct contact for equipment on projects, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Uses diagnostic tools and blueprints to troubleshoot and repair HVAC units.
• Flexible with overtime and possible overnight stays to meet project needs.
• Ensures safety and maintains accountability of company assets.
