Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an experienced HVAC service professional to install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems at customer locations across defined markets.

You will work as the on-site primary contact, using blueprints and tools to diagnose issues and ensure customer satisfaction. A high school diploma, 5+ years in HVAC, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC or equivalent field.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with clean record.
• EPA Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with team leader and customer to understand on-site installation and repair requirements.
• Serve as direct customer contact and be responsible for equipment on assigned projects.
• Diagnose and repair units using blueprints, specs, and hand tools.
• Maintain flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight stays.
• Enforce safety standards and manage company assets.
