Jones Lang LaSalle, Inc. is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our on-site operations team in Atlanta, GA. You will maintain and troubleshoot critical HVAC systems including boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and BAS while collaborating with a stable, long-tenured team.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and continuous improvement, with union affiliation through Local 99-99A AFL-CIO and a stationary single-site assignment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years hands-on experience with commercial HVAC systems (chillers, boilers, cooling towers, VAV).
• Need to be or become a member of Local 99-99A AFL-CIO within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Inspect HVAC equipment and building systems per contract and directives.
• Respond to service calls and perform repairs on chillers, boilers, VAVs, cooling towers, pumps, motors, fans.
