Job summary

This role requires EPA 608 certification, ability to work with minimal supervision, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operation of site HVAC/HVAC-R and related systems.
• Performs maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of facility equipment.
• Responds to alarms and analyzes system performance.
• Maintains air handling, boilers, pumps, valves, piping and electrical components.
