Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Cleveland, TN is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician for an on-site, full-time role on the 2nd shift with shift differential. You will manage and maintain HVAC/R systems, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance across boilers, air handlers, chillers, cooling towers, and related equipment.

The ideal candidate holds Universal EPA 608 certification, has 5+ years in commercial building systems, and can work with PLC-controlled equipment and 3-phase

Qualifications

• EPA 608 certification is required.
• Ability to perform with minimal supervision.
• Fluent English communication (oral and written).
• Experience with commercial building systems preferred.
• Proficiency with 3-phase electrical and PLC controlled equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of HVAC/HVAC-R, utilities, and related systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair facility equipment across HVAC/steam systems.
• Maintain air handling equipment, filtration, DP monitoring, and air balance.
• Respond to alarms; monitor heat exchangers, chillers, towers, VAV, and electrical systems.
• Perform maintenance on boilers, pumps, piping, and related components.
