IES is seeking a Final Install HVAC Technician to support HVAC operations, ensure quality workmanship, and contribute to installation, service, replacement, or operational objectives. You will collaborate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and field personnel to deliver results.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, knowledge of HVAC systems and codes, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• HVAC replacement technician II experience preferred.
• HVAC industry experience preferred.
• Equivalent education/experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Support HVAC operations and maintain quality workmanship.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and meet installation/service objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and field personnel.
• Maintain records and reporting related to responsibilities.
• Support process improvement and operational efficiency.
