IES is seeking an HVAC Service Technician in Conroe, TX to support installation, service, and operation while delivering quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with internal teams, customers, and vendors to execute objectives and maintain compliance with safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of HVAC-related experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; relevant certifications may be required where applicable.
• 2–4 years HVAC service experience preferred.
• HVAC knowledge of systems, tools, equipment, and applicable codes preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform HVAC-related duties to support installation, service, replacement, or operation.
• Maintain compliance with safety policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting for assigned tasks.
• Support process improvements and operational efficiency.
