Job summary

The HVAC Punch Out Technician will support HVAC operations, ensure quality workmanship, and drive customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and field personnel on installation, service, or replacement projects.

Qualifications include HVAC knowledge, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• HVAC installation experience preferred.
• Industry certifications or licenses preferred where required to perform duties.
• Ability to pass background and motor vehicle record checks.
• Proficient in MS Office and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC-related duties to support departmental and company objectives.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments, customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting for assigned responsibilities.
• Support process improvements and operational efficiency efforts.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Assist leadership with daily operational activities.
• Ensure quality standards and customer expectations are met.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
