IES is seeking a Final Install HVAC Technician to support installation, service, and replacement activities on-site in Dayton, OH. The role emphasizes safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction while collaborating with internal teams, customers, and vendors.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of HVAC experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. On-site position with potential travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2-4 years of HVAC experience preferred.
• HVAC industry experience preferred.
• Relevant certifications preferred, as required by duties.
• Ability to pass background and motor vehicle checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned HVAC duties to support installation, service, or replacement objectives.
• Maintain safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Maintain records and documentation related to responsibilities.
• Support process improvements and operational efficiency.
• Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Assist leadership with daily operations and meet deadlines.
• Ensure adherence to codes and company policies.
• Work on-site with the ability to lift 50 pounds and travel as needed.
