IES in Nashville is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to support installation, service, and operational objectives. You will collaborate with internal teams, customers, and vendors to maintain quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Requires 2–4 years of experience and applicable HVAC knowledge. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; this is a full-time, on-site position with potential for overtime and weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and analytical abilities with problem-solving focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; relationship-building is essential.
• Ability to work independently and with teams in a fast-paced setting.
• Attention to detail and accuracy; manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, codes preferred; MS Office proficiency.
• Pass pre-employment screenings (background/MVR).
• English speaking/writing skills preferred and required where needed.
• Maintain professionalism with customers and coworkers.
