Job summary

IES is a national provider of industrial products and infrastructure services, seeking an HVAC Installation Technician to support operations, ensure quality workmanship, and drive customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and field personnel to execute installation, service, replacement, or operational objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, equipment, and applicable codes preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicable systems or software.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings such as background and motor vehicle record checks.
• English speaking, reading, and writing preferred, and required where necessary to perform job duties.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive, respectful demeanor with customers, coworkers, and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC-related duties supporting department and company objectives.
• Maintain compliance with policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal departments, customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting.
• Support process improvement and operational efficiency efforts.
