Logan Services in Dayton, OH is seeking an HVAC Installation Coordinator – Scheduling & Operations to keep residential installations moving from sale to completion. You’ll coordinate daily schedules, communicate with customers and field teams, and track permits and payments.
No HVAC experience required; if you’re organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using multiple software systems, you can grow with us on a Monday–Friday on-site schedule with strong benefits.

Logan Services is looking for an HVAC Installation Coordinator – Scheduling & Operations to coordinate residential HVAC installations from sale through completion. You'll work closely with customers, installers, sales, field leadership, logistics, and internal teams to keep projects organized and on schedule.
You don't need HVAC experience to succeed in this role. If you have experience in customer service, scheduling, dispatch, project coordination, administration, or operations, your skills could transfer well.

You may be a great fit if you've worked as a:
1–3 years of scheduling, dispatch, operations, or project coordination experience is preferred. HVAC, plumbing, construction, home services, logistics, or ServiceTitan experience is a plus but not required.
