Job summary

JLL is seeking an experienced Operating Engineer (HVAC Technician) for our Mason, OH facility. You will maintain HVAC and electrical systems, perform corrective and preventive maintenance, and support reliable building operations.

The role requires 5+ years in HVAC or refrigeration, EPA 608 certification, and the ability to work on-site with a focus on safety and compliance. Training and client-specific programs may be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or state equivalent; additional trade schooling or college preferred.
• Minimum 5 years’ HVAC or refrigeration trade experience.
• EPA 608 certification required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair HVAC and electrical equipment across building systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document work orders and readings.
• Ensure safe operation, comply with policies, and report issues to management.
• Operate, repair, and monitor building automation and related systems.
