Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience in repair, maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical or carpentry.
• Comfortable using ladders up to 30 feet tall.
• Low pressure boilers certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain work order system (CMMS) daily.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.
• Troubleshoot all building systems.
