Job summary

JLL is looking for an Operating Engineer to join our property maintenance team in Cincinnati, OH. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of building systems, conducting preventive maintenance, and performing hands-on repairs.

The ideal candidate should possess at least 4 years of experience and relevant trade qualifications. This role requires availability for some nights and weekends and offers a supportive work environment with various benefits, including 401(k)

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in building maintenance.
• Universal CFC certification required.
• Valid driver's license necessary.
• Ability to interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Inspect and repair pumps, fans, and motors.
• Control operations of HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and equipment rounds.
• Complete tenant service requests promptly.
