Trane Technologies is seeking a project management professional for on-site HVAC/BAS controls project leadership. You will oversee scope, cost, and schedule, coordinating with owners, technicians, and subcontractors to deliver projects safely and on time.

Responsibilities include reviewing contract documents, managing change orders, and communicating status through internal and external stakeholders; a strong emphasis on risk mitigation and precise project administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in engineering or construction management.
• HVAC/BAS controls experience is a plus.
• Experience leading diverse technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer satisfaction by investigating concerns and developing action plans with stakeholders.
• Review contract documents to identify risk and develop mitigation plans.
• Manage project administration: scope, cost, schedule, change orders and documentation.
• Collaborate with technicians and subcontractors to ensure progress and review plans, specs and submittals.
