Job summary

Trane Technologies in Jacksonville, FL is hiring a Controls Project Manager to oversee project financials, administration, implementation, and customer satisfaction for a portfolio of building controls projects.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team of technicians and subcontractors, manage change orders, and ensure compliance with contract language and safety guidelines. A degreed or experienced candidate in HVAC/BAS controls and project management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Construction Project Management degree preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in HVAC/BAS Controls & Project Management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and communicating project status.
• Review contract documents to identify risk and mitigation plans.
• Financially manage all aspects of projects including cash flow, forecast, costs and backlog.
• Lead project administration, scheduling, scope/cost/schedule validation and safety guidelines.
