Job summary

You will oversee project teams, manage subcontractors, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards. This role offers a competitive compensation package and regional benefits.

Qualifications

• Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or Construction Project Management degree is a plus.
• 3+ years’ experience in HVAC / BAS Controls and Project Management.
• Experience leading teams with different technical skills.
• Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer satisfaction by communicating project status and implementing corrective action.
• Review contract documents to identify risk and develop mitigation plans.
• Financially manage project cash flow, forecasted costs, and cost at completion; monitor expenses.
• Collaborate with technicians and subcontractors to establish tasks, schedules, and submittals.
• Lead change orders and coordinate with sales and estimating for quotes and orders.
• Oversee project administration, scope/cost/schedule validation, and safety guidelines.
