Trane Technologies is seeking a Field Service Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical assistance to dealers and support the sales team with strong customer relationships. You will evaluate product performance, lead training for technicians, and manage warranty actions as needed.

The role requires an associate degree or equivalent, 5+ years field service, and a valid driver's license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to dealers by phone or onsite.
• Communicate service bulletins and alerts to dealers promptly.
• Support sales team with key customer relationships.
• Conduct product performance investigations and report quality events.
• Establish and conduct technical training for service and installation techs.
• Administer corrective actions, concessions, and warranty processes locally.
• Respond to consumer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
