Job summary

JLL, based in Amarillo, TX, seeks an HSSE Specialist to support site operations with safety tasks, review documents for safety compliance, and help roll out safety programs on shift.

The role requires a degree in safety management or related field and 3+ years of HSSE experience, plus knowledge of OSHA/NFPA regulations. Strong communication and training skills are essential to drive continuous improvement across the account.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in safety management or related field.
• 3+ years of HSSE-related experience; professional certification a plus.
• Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA 70E and NFPA 70B regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience presenting and delivering training.
• Ability to collaborate with clients, peers and teams.
• Analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support site operations with safety tasks as needed.
• Develop and maintain relationships with client operations and safety on shift for compliance.
• Review site documents (MOPs, job plans) for safety compliance.
• Contribute to safety communications and rollout on shift.
• Provide HSSE training and assist in program development using corporate tools.
• Maintain Hazard/PPE Assessments and regulatory compliance registers.
• Support account training matrices and online training requirements.
