Alignment Engine Inc. ("Alignment") operates the high-performance computing and NeuralSync electronics-manufacturing operations at the Chillicothe Advanced Industrial Campus — a multi-employer industrial site in Chillicothe, Ohio, where advanced manufacturing and digital infrastructure operate side by side as the campus re-industrializes.

The role.

Run payroll and HR operations for a multi-shift industrial workforce: timekeeping, benefits administration, and records.

What you’ll do:

• Process payroll and shift-differential timekeeping
• Administer benefits enrollment and changes
• Maintain HRIS records and compliance files
• Support leave administration
• Answer employee pay and benefits questions

What you’ll bring:

• 3+ years payroll/HR operations experience

Pay range:

$60,000 – $80,000 per year
