Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide basic HR system navigation and case management support (ServiceNow, chat, phone).
• Handle high-volume walk-up and inbound support for the People Operations team; resolve first-level requests.
• Assist with HR data updates, LOA support, and routing issues to Centers of Excellence or Leaders.
