Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD), a GSF subsidiary, is seeking a Human Resources Supervisor for our Miami Distribution Center. You will partner with site leadership to support about 110 employees, focusing on recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and day-to-day HR operations.

This hands-on role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong knowledge of employment laws, and the ability to coach leaders while maintaining confidentiality in a fast-paced, on-site

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including employee relations and recruiting.
• Previous supervisory or HR leadership experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR policies.
• Experience using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees and leaders at all organizational levels.
• Strong organizational skills and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead HR representative for the Miami Distribution Center, providing guidance on policies, benefits, payroll, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Lead recruiting for hourly and salaried positions, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate selection, and job offer administration.
• Support employee onboarding, orientation, and retention initiatives to create a positive employee experience and reduce turnover.
• Maintain personnel records, HR documentation, and employee files while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company, state, and federal requirements.
• Partner with managers and supervisors to ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.
• Coordinate leave administration, benefits communications, and required workplace notices.
• Monitor HR compliance requirements and ensure labor law postings, reporting, and documentation remain current.
• Support special projects and HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, development, and organizational effectiveness.
