CSI in Miami is seeking an On-site Care Supervisor Lead to oversee a team of Care Supervisors serving the Miami market. You will drive scheduling, care coordination, and quality client experiences while coaching staff and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), with leadership experience in home health or healthcare settings, and a commitment to compassionate, professional service delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience in health care or home health is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees a team of Care Supervisors and ensures coverage for Miami market.
• Coordinates caregiver schedules to maintain client service.
• Responds to routine issues and escalates complex cases to Care Manager.
• Maintains client and caregiver data and confidentiality.
• Participates in after-hours on-call rotation.
