Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree OR 3+ years of related HR/Staffing experience.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (including formulas), and Outlook.
• Ability to build relationships, handle sensitive situations, and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• In this role, you’ll be the go-to resource for employees, ensuring they feel supported and valued.
• Manage employee check-in and attendance daily
• Perform safety walks to maintain a safe, compliant workplace
• Process attendance, timekeeping, and staffing reports
• Assist with orientations and onboarding new team members
• Provide coaching, discipline, and support to employees as needed
• Respond to employee concerns, questions, and workplace incidents
• Partner closely with HR leadership and staffing agencies to keep operations running smoothly
