Job summary

Staffing Synergies in Neenah, WI is seeking an HR Staffing Coordinator to support employees and ensure daily operations run smoothly. You will manage attendance, assist with onboarding, and coordinate with HR leadership to maintain a positive workplace culture.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of HR/staffing experience, strong time management, and proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook. This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with some weekend OT as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage employee check-in and attendance daily.

• Provide coaching, discipline, and support to employees as needed.
• Respond to employee concerns, questions, and workplace incidents.
• Partner closely with HR leadership and staffing agencies to keep operations running smoothly.
