Job summary

HYH America Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented HR Specialist to support recruiting coordination, onboarding, payroll and benefits, HR systems, and employee records. This on-site role at our Irvine, CA office requires collaboration with the HR Lead and strong organizational skills to ensure accurate, timely HR processes.

The position is full-time and non-exempt, focusing on sustaining efficient HR operations across multiple areas in a fast-growing company environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Approximately 1–2 years of Human Resources experience.
• Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, HRIS, or employee records.
• California HR experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions and coordinate the hiring process.
• Maintain recruiting pipelines and candidate status updates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and external recruiting agencies.
• Prepare offer letters based on approved compensation and terms.
• Assist with onboarding, payroll, benefits, HRIS, and employee records.
• Support performance review administration and HR reporting.
