Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Human Resource Representative to support our manufacturing client in Irvine, CA. This on-site role emphasizes hands-on HR administration, payroll, and employee relations across a large hourly workforce.

You will collaborate with HR leadership to drive culture, compliance, and strategic HR initiatives while engaging with production and operations leaders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of 1 year of payroll experience.
• Knowledge of payroll processes, timekeeping, wage/hour regulations, payroll records.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the business to support HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, compensation, and training.
• Ensure compliance with company processes, data protection, and HR systems.
• Support HR analytics and reporting with the HR Director and HR Supervisor.
• Analyze employment trends and develop action plans.
• Act as primary contact for employee issues and provide career guidance.
• Maintain HR dashboards and bi-weekly payroll processing support.
