Job summary

This hands-on role covers onboarding, benefits, payroll inquiries, and HR compliance in a fast-growing solar energy company. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of HR experience, a Bachelor’s degree, strong communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with HRIS and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HR experience required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• SHRM/PHR certification preferred but not required.
• Solid knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• HRIS and benefits administration experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding and records.
• Support full-cycle recruitment from postings to offers.
• Administer benefits enrollment and payroll inquiries.
• Assist with performance management and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and audits.
• Coordinate training and employee engagement initiatives.
