Arrowhead Winch is hiring a Human Resource Specialist to support on-site HR activities in Okmulgee, OK. This role coordinates investigations, performance management, and training while ensuring policy compliance and effective employee relations.

The position is 100% on-site with a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) matching, profit sharing, medical/dental/vision, FSA/HSA options, disability, life insurance, and paid holidays, sick, and vacation time.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in manufacturing or another hourly, multi-shift environment.
• Exceptional communication skills (interpersonal, written and presentation) and strong customer service orientation.
• Working knowledge of HR laws including FMLA, ADA, PWFA, FLSA, Title VII, and EEO requirements.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the on-site HR contact for employees, supervisors, and managers; advise on policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Assist in conducting workplace investigations into misconduct, attendance, policy violations, and harassment complaints; document findings and support corrective action.
• Support supervisors on progressive discipline, performance management, conflict resolution, and accountability.
• Coordinate FMLA, ADA, PWFA, and short-term disability through the interactive process.
• Administer, coordinate, participate, and/or assist with HR projects and training activities.
