Job summary

Arrowhead Winch in Broken Arrow, OK, is seeking a Human Resource Specialist to coordinate a wide range of HR activities on-site at the Okmulgee team. The role requires independent judgment, strong communication, and the ability to work with managers and employees to uphold company policies.

You will handle recruiting support, training records, and HR reporting while ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA, PWFA, FLSA, and other regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years HR experience in manufacturing or hourly, multi‑shift environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; customer service oriented.
• Knowledge of HR laws including FMLA, ADA, PWFA, FLSA, Title VII, EEO.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site HR contact for employees, supervisors and managers; advise on policies and documentation.
• Assist in workplace investigations and support corrective action.
• Support supervisors on performance management, discipline and accountability.
• Coordinate FMLA, ADA, PWFA, and short-term disability processes.
• Administer benefits enrollment questions and liaison with providers.
• Recruiting support, new hire orientation and benefits orientation.
