Job summary

Arrowhead Winch, a manufacturer of industrial winch, hoist and drive systems, is seeking a Human Resource Specialist to join the Okmulgee team on site. The role covers HR operations, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance-driven reporting.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years in HR, strong communication skills, and familiarity with ADP/SAP/HRIS. This position requires on-site work in Okmulgee with a comprehensive benefits package and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience in manufacturing or hourly, multi-shift environments.
• Organized self-starter with initiative, creativity and ability to influence.
• Excellent communication skills and strong customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of HR laws (FMLA, ADA, PWFA, FLSA, Title VII, EEO).
• Confidentiality and ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site HR contact for employees, supervisors, and managers; advise on policies and documentation.
• Assist in workplace investigations and document findings; support corrective action.
• Support supervisors on discipline, performance management, conflict resolution, and accountability.
• Coordinate FMLA, ADA, PWFA, and short-term disability processes.
• Administer benefits, enrollment questions, and liaison with providers.
• Handle recruiting, orientation, and career development activities.
• Maintain training records and assist with HR reporting and metrics.
• Review job descriptions and support FLSA classifications as needed.
