AtWork Durant is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead daily HR operations at a manufacturing facility in Durant, OK. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, payroll support, benefits administration, and maintaining compliant HR records.

Ideal candidates will have manufacturing HR experience, strong knowledge of employment laws, and excellent communication. The role offers a full-time schedule and a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR leadership (HR Manager/Generalist) in manufacturing.
• Manufacturing or industrial HR experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations for the manufacturing facility.
• Manage recruiting, interviewing, onboarding; job postings and onboarding.
• Conduct new-hire orientation and ensure employees complete all required paperwork and training.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel files and HR records.
• Handle employee relations issues, workplace concerns, attendance issues, and disciplinary actions.
• Work closely with supervisors and department managers on employee performance and staffing needs.
• Assist with payroll and timekeeping processes.
• Coordinate benefits administration and assist employees with benefit-related questions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment policies.
• Help develop and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Support employee retention and engagement initiatives.
• Track attendance, turnover, staffing levels, and other HR-related information.
• Assist with investigations and documentation of workplace incidents.
• Support safety programs and work closely with management to promote a safe manufacturing environment.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA and other applicable workplace regulations.
• Provide guidance to management regarding employee policies, performance, and HR best practices
