Job summary

Danfoss is seeking an HR Services Coordinator to provide end-to-end transactional HR support for onboarding, payroll, and offboarding. You will ensure timely responses, maintain knowledge articles, and collaborate with Site and Regional HR teams to keep HR processes efficient and inclusive.

Qualifications include experience in HR, a relevant degree, and strong English communication; Spanish/Portuguese skills are a plus for supporting a diverse workforce.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources and a relevant degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency with HR service tools such as HR ServiceHub and willingness to learn.
• Excellent English communication and professional discretion.

Responsibilities

• Lead the resolution of incoming HR Service tickets and ensure accurate payroll data input.
• Support employees and managers with HR inquiries and deliver HR solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to meet SLA timeframes.
• Develop and update HR knowledge articles for supported regions.
• Continuously learn and share knowledge to improve internal sites and processes.
