Entrega is seeking an HR Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day HR activities, maintain HR systems, and ensure a smooth employee lifecycle. You will collaborate with the Senior HR Generalist and Director of Workforce Performance & Operations to deliver efficient, consistent HR processes and an outstanding employee experience.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in HR operations, HR coordination, or HR administration.
• Experience supporting onboarding, documentation, benefits, HRIS, or other HR operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced professional environment; ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain HR records and HRIS data with high accuracy.
• Administer benefits enrollment and documentation.
• Support leave administration and HR compliance tasks.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for routine HR questions.
• Assist with HR reporting and organizational charts.
