Ambrosia Behavioral Health, based in West Palm Beach, FL, seeks a detail-oriented HR & Recruiting Coordinator to support daily HR operations, recruiting, onboarding, training, and compliance on-site.

You will help manage benefits, employee records, performance reviews, and HR reporting while upholding confidentiality and high service standards in a growing behavioral health environment.

Competenze

• Previous HR or administrative experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HR policies and employment laws.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist with recruiting, interview scheduling, and onboarding new employees.
• Coordinate employee training and maintain training records.
• Provide HR support regarding benefits, leave, compensation, and policies.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee files and HRIS records.
• Coordinate quarterly and annual performance reviews.
• Track employee certifications, training, and compliance requirements.
• Assist with benefits administration and HR reporting.
• Ensure employee records meet The Joint Commission requirements.
• Support compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Address employee questions and concerns professionally.
• Perform general HR administrative duties and special projects as needed.
