Job summary

Ambrosia Behavioral Health in West Palm Beach, FL is seeking a compassionate Patient Care Associate to support clients around the clock. You will conduct rounds, monitor safety, assist with vital signs, and document observations to ensure high-quality care.

As part of a collaborative team with nursing, clinical, and residential staff, you will provide trauma-informed support and help maintain a clean, healing environment. A caring, professional demeanor is essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine rounds and monitor clients’ safety and well-being.
• Assist with vital signs and document health observations.
• Respond calmly to medical or behavioral emergencies while preserving dignity.
• Maintain logs, incident reports, and documentation.
• Provide trauma-informed, compassionate support to clients.
• Partner closely with nursing, clinical, and residential staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry to help maintain a clean, healing environment.
