Job summary

Alsos Behavioral Health is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Business Partner for a fully on-site role supporting facility leaders and staff in a residential behavioral health setting. The HRBP will report to the Facility CEO and collaborate with the Senior HR Director on ensuring compliant, efficient HR operations.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of HR experience in healthcare, excels at employee relations, coaching managers, recruiting, and maintaining confidential records, and is authorized

Qualifications

• Four+ years of progressively responsible HR experience.
• Experience in healthcare HR preferred.
• Experience with employee relations, coaching managers, recruiting, compliance and confidential documentation.
• Strong organization and communication skills; ability to manage competing priorities in a busy facility.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with facility leaders on staffing plans, recruitment, onboarding and orientation.
• Coach supervisors on employee relations, performance management and compliance.
• Support engagement, recognition, retention and change communication.
• Maintain personnel files, licenses, certifications and training records.
• Support employment-law practices, audits and policy application while protecting confidentiality.
• Coordinate payroll, IT and administrative processes as needed.
