Responsibilities

• Assist with payroll processing, timekeeping reviews, and data validation.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and documentation; manage offboarding processes.
• Post job openings and manage applicant tracking systems; schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Support internal communications, HR initiatives, and employee events.
• Prepare HR and payroll-related reports and track key metrics.
