Qualifications

• Associate degree in HRM or related field
• Two years HR experience preferred
• Onboarding experience
• Knowledge of HR laws and best practices

Responsibilities

• On-site HR contact for employee inquiries and policy guidance
• Facilitate new hire onboarding including I-9 verification and paperwork
• Build relationships across locations to promote positive employee relations
• Support full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for hourly associates
• Track attendance, time-off, and verify timekeeping for payroll
• Support benefits enrollment and open enrollment activities
• Maintain confidential employee records in HRIS
• Coordinate confidential HR investigations with Corporate HR
• Generate reports and manage HR documentation
• Perform other HR-related duties as needed
