Job summary

Swatch Group is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Coordinator in Miami, FL to support payroll, benefits enrollment and HR administration. The role ensures accurate employee records, assists with payroll processing and compliance across state regulations.

Responsibilities include maintaining files, assisting with audits, and preparing routine HR reports. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in a professional office setting with strong Excel skills and familiarity with UKG Pro.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma and strong administrative experience.
• Minimum 2 years in office environment with HR/payroll/benefits exposure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; detail oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel at an intermediate level.
• Experience with UKG Pro (Ultimate Software) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist employees with benefits enrollment paperwork and questions.
• Maintain employee database and personnel files; ensure HIPAA/state compliance.
• Assist with payroll processing and data compilation for payroll runs.
• Support Payroll, Benefits and HR with ad-hoc tasks and reporting.
• Prepare quarterly/new hire/EEO-1 reports and other HR documentation.
