Job summary

PCSI is hiring a People Team Business Partner to provide HR support on Fort Knox base operations. You will serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.

You will lead investigations, guide leaders on HR issues, and partner with operations to advance organizational goals while ensuring legal compliance and a focus on retention and development.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in multiple HR disciplines including employee relations and performance management.
• PHR or equivalent HR certification preferred.
• Experience with HR compliance and HRIS reporting.

Responsibilities

• Align business objectives with employees and leadership as a trusted advisor.
• Consult leaders on People Team matters, policy interpretation, and investigations.
• Lead thorough investigations and report findings to leadership.
• Manage complex employee relations issues with proper action follow-ups.
• Communicate PT initiatives and updates to assigned units.
• Provide day-to-day performance guidance to leaders.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
• Support talent management and collaboration with Hiring Managers.
• Improve work relationships and retention through partnering with leaders.
• Participate in labor relations and grievance processes.
