Planned Systems International, Inc. (PSI) is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations and partner with senior management.

The role focuses on employee relations, performance management, compliance, and workforce analytics across segments as well as corporate functions. The successful candidate will manage HR personnel, drive HR initiatives, and ensure alignment with federal contracting requirements, OFCCP, and SCA, while delivering exceptional service and maintaining policy

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Minimum 12 years progressive HR experience across all major disciplines.
• At least 4 years of managing HR personnel.
• Experience with federal government contractors, OFCCP, SCA and related compliance.
• Experience with employee engagement platforms, analytics, succession planning, leadership development.
