Qualifikationen

• High school Diploma/GED required and at least one year of customer service experience.
• Understanding of military concepts and procedures preferred.
• Excellent communication and listening skills; ability to handle inquiries professionally.

• Assist soldiers, veterans, retirees and Army family with HR inquiries via phone, email, or hard copy.
• Provide guidance on IPPS-A records, IPPS-A accountability and related processes.
• Communicate clearly and accurately; manage multiple inquiries and call times effectively.
• Listen empathetically, respect confidentiality, and follow protocols with discretion.
• Gather information to determine needs and resolve inquiries using problem-solving approaches.
